Yes. There's a poll at the top, above the first post.

The winning author has not responded as to whether or not she still wishes to remain anonymous.

Anyway, I'm thinking of having another short story contest or having a poetry contest (thanks knightss for the suggestion). Do you all have any input on that?

i think that it would be cool. i don't have the time to write right now but it would be interesting to see some of the stuff that people come up with.

I am very new to the board, but would gladly write and read for another contest. I am so surprised that no one has said this already!

Maybe we can fund our own contest. My hubby is an ast. manager at Barnes and Noble and he would adore this board.

I wrote all day today at school - half my day, my classroom was empty and I could do it.

I would be interested in a short story competition. However, with exams right around the corner, I hardly have any time to write anything substantial until summer.

Days and nights are carried by,
Being pressed in a year.
And the future loneliness,
is more terrible than any trouble.

You will stand,
you will look back in the past!
Also you search there for a light trace.
As was good,
From so much the last years a little!
