Your Ultimate Book Boyfriend/Girlfriend

I'm not ashamed to admit I've swooned for a fictional man long after a book ended, and wished he was real. Have you felt that way about a character before?

If you have, and you were somehow able to conjure them into existence, who would it be and why?

For me, it'd be Thomas from Saffron A. Kent's The Unrequited. He is brooding without coming off as a whiny two-year-old in a perpetual tantrum, intellectually engaging and observant, and dirty talks in poetry. What more could a high maintenance girl ask for?

Oh! And he's a smoker, so I don't have to worry about being nagged like other boyfriends have in the past. <3
