That is exactly my problem - no matter what way I set myself up I end up with a crick in my neck or else after a few minutes I have to get upTibbyK wrote:I love to read in bed, however, I get a terrible crick in the neck. Of course, I still do it, no way would I stop.
Do you like to read in bed?

Too comfy and I'll fall asleep!Fran wrote:I read in bed all the time & I look forward to the day someone invents the perfect pillow for comfortable reading
I read in bed every night before I close my eyes. Its one of the only times in the day I get to have some alone time and to read. Unfortunately I usually fall asleep in 15 min.

Hi, Bookbuddy, read on your Kindle in bed if you have one. I love to read in bed, but it has to be the old-fashioned book with cover and pages. If I read from my Kindle or iBooks on the iPad, the light from it being backlit keeps me awake for too long. So, in answer to your question, if you want a good long reading session in bed, read on the iPad, because it's backlit!BookBuddy wrote:I love reading in bed, but as soon as I open a book my eyes become heavy... Anyone got a trick how to avoid that?

Try using a tri-pillow, Tibby, then put other normal-shaped pillows behind that. I've found that helps, because your neck and shoulders are well supported.TibbyK wrote:I love to read in bed, however, I get a terrible crick in the neck. Of course, I still do it, no way would I stop.
