I prefer paper but sometimes ebooks are just more convenient (and less expensive)

I love reading an actually paper book, but it gets so expensive buying them. It's a lot cheaper to buy a book on my kindle, so nowadays that's how I do most of my reading.

I really like reading paperback books. I'm not a huge fan of e-readers because they hurt my eyes.

I typically read on my Kindle, mainly for convenience and portability.

I read on e-books, but I think I still prefer paper books. Unfortunately, those are a lot more expensive though :(.

It depends on circumstances as to which reading method I prefer.

When I am alone at home I never feel lonely if I have a book in the room with me or near me. There are about 300 books in bookcases on my front sunporch and some in my sunroom. I have a shelf of cookbooks in my kitchen. I read some of a paper book every day.

When I have trainride or a doctor's appointment I love having my Kindle with me. There are at least 100 choices of games and stories on my Kindle . If I started a story on the Kindle I will finish it at home.

Kindle books are more reasonable and sometimes free so as a retiree I am happy to have my Kindle.

Most paper books now I get at the Goodwill for $.50 to a $1.00 or at the Dollar Store which keeps the cost down. Sometimes I'll buy a paper book on Amazon if the Kindle version does not exist or is almost just as expensive as the paper version.

I don't like to read on the computer. My favorite is paper reading material but I would hate to give up my Kindle.

I must say I like both ways, however I still love the feel of having actual book in my hands, but if it's thick book, hard back book or one that is long then I like to read them on my Nook.

I read paper and ebooks but I prefer ebooks because I dont have to lose the book marks or ruin the book by underlining my favorite passages. plus the space on my library shelf cant handle the number of books I own

Well, I prefer traditional books, but now it's easier to read e-books.
but if I really loved a certain book, I'll get it from the library after finishing the e-book or the audio book.

With the amount of books I've been collecting, e-books was the natural next step to end my clutter. I'm content with my e-book. Especially when it comes to school or work, I like that I can leave electronic notes and highlights.

I'm a big fan of the Kindle. It's much more convenient for me, and I don't like clutter around the house or carrying heavy things with me during the day.

I enjoy reading in long, consecutive chunks. Starting at a bright screen with tiny script on it makes for tired eyes. I usually prefer hard copies. Allows me to really dig in when I need to. Not averse to reading online, but it makes for slower digestion of books.
