The last book i've read was Stieg Larsson's The girl who kicked the hornets nest. I give it four out of five stars. The book was really good and never for a second predictable. A few passages was a little overwritten and unnecessary though. Apart from this last thing i absolutley loved it.

the most recent fiction book i read was the darkest part of the woods, which i think would be around 3 out of 5 stars...superbly written, but kind of...off. just kind of a let down in some places, but worth the read.

A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess. Really interesting and you get used to to the language used easily if you've seen the film.

Recently I have read some classics - "Vanity Fair" Thackeray. I have been re-reading it. I think my mark is 3 out of 5. Not much, but there are things there that I really like.

Wildwood Dancing by Juliet Marillier 4.5/5

Extraordinarily magical young adult fantasy story! Anyone who is a fan of this genre should seek it out.

Golden Butterfly - AM Williamson 3/5

It was a good story, but it seems in the later years she was writing for an audience instead of herself. Her later books lack the purity and innocence of she and her husband's earlier novels.
