Some nights, I find it hard to fall asleep. So, I pick up a book and read until I find myself waking up refreshed the next morning. What books do you like to read before bed? Are there any particular books you like to read to help you fall asleep?

My favorite books to read to get me to sleep are:

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J.K. Rowling
The Once and Future King by T.H. White
A Moveable Feast by Ernest Hemingway
Latest Review: "Belas Rift" by Stephan von Clinkerhoffen

Whatever book I happen to be reading at the time is what I read before bed. I usually only read one book at a time so that's why.

Usually I will put on Audible and listen to whatever I'm currently reading.

I just like reading in general before bed, no matter which it is. I find that they all work well for me!

Before bed I would like to read books related to subconscious mind, because I have read that when we're asleep our conscious mind will also fall asleep and subconscious mind will be awake. I have this crazy belief that when I read books regarding subconscious mind, my subconscious mind will be flattered and will work in my favor.
Or else I prefer romantic genre, because I can have a sweet dreams.

I usually have a habit to read at least one short book before I sleep. At times I would lay awake reading till I reach the end.

Most of the time I prefer fiction books to read before bed so that I can have a good night's sleep.
