I read for about an hour every day. Sometimes more if the book is interesting, but unfortunately that doesn't happen so often. Good books are hard to find.

I used to read 2-3 books per week, but since starting work full time and also doing an MSc in my spare time it's now 1 every 2-3 weeks. After next month when I finish my course I'm hoping to get back to at least 1 per week!

Ditto, depending on how much I like the book.

Usually about 30-40 minutes in the evening. I do most of my reading before bedtime, it helps me relax.

I spend at least four hours everyday reading, if not more. I have to read a lot for my humanities classes and then I love to read in general for pleasure. I could spend all day reading but I eventually get a headache. If it wasn't for that I would read all the time.

Depending in how Interesting a book is, I may lose sleep for it
Feeling upset sometimes may be unavoidable, but acting distressed is always optional.

I think this is very dependent on the length of the book. I try to set aside at least an hour each night before bed to get my reading time in. Most of the books I've read for Online Book Club have taken me about 3-6 hours to complete.

Additionally, I set a goal to read and review at least one book a week, which is normally doable unless work gets crazy busy.

It really depends on how much free time I have. I always, always, ALWAYS read before bed - sometimes it's an hour, and sometimes it's two hours. I sleep until I fall asleep every night. I also try to read during my breaks at work as well. I feel like if I have free time, I might as well use it productively.

So on average 1-3 hours a day?

I never kept track of how much time I spent reading a book but I'd say it's probably an hour, right before bed. I rarely finish reading a book in one sitting because of time constraints, unless it's so good that I'd choose to lose sleep over it.

It depends on the quality of the book. If it's really good then I spend a lot of time, even skip other things

If the book is really good and interesting it will take me maximum 3 days to finish it. But if it’s quite boring then it could take up to a week, depending on how much free time I have.
