The Notebook, of course, by Nicholas Sparks. And The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.

I have cried many times throughout the time I have read The Baxter series books by Karen Kingsbury. I am not sure of what particular book, but I know the book where the son that was given up for adoption many years ago was welcomed back into the family and was able to meet his mom before her death.

The book that made me feel extremely remorseful was "les Miserables" by Victor Hugo. The plight of Fatine is very tearful and so is the life of Valjean the protagonist. The title of the book is self descriptive.

A book that made me cry?
Tale of Two Cities, by Charles Dickens.

Bridge to Terabithia made me cry too. The ending was heartbreaking! One of the first books that made me get teary was I'll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson. It's been a long time since I reread it, but it still sticks out as one of the most beautiful books I've ever read.

I get emotional while reading books and watching movies. Recently I teared up while reading The most unlikely Champion by Vera Koo. At the point where Vera found out about her husband's extramarital affair was heartbreaking for me, cause I already relished them as a power couple that weathered their storms together. I didn't see it coming.

Books don't usually make me cry. Though I have to say I cried a lot when reading Book Thief, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas and Chinese Cinderella.

I'm kind of embarrassed to say but one of the few books that made me cry was Order 66 of the Star Wars: Republic Commando series by Karen Traviss. It's the fourth book in the series, and I had become very attached to the characters, most of whom were clones and treated as less than humans. This is one of my favorite Star Wars series (I've read many), and I think it's about time that I read it again.

I cried in City of Heavenly Fire of the Shadowhunters series when Sebastian is defeated. It made me see that even evil people have good in them. I cried a lot actually.

Way back when I was elementary school, I read Where The Red Fern Grows and man, I sobbed like a baby in the middle of quiet reading time. I even tried to hold it in too... Wasn't successful :'(

I just finished reading The Falconer Series by Elizabeth May and the last book, The Fallen Kingdom, had me bawling like a baby at about 3:00 in the morning!
