Latest Review: Illustrated Short Fiction of William H. Coles: 2000-2016 by William H. Coles

Post by HRuddell »

I just finished a compilation of short stories by William H. Coles through the OnlineBookClub, but also I have set aside time to read Antithesis by Terra Whiteman because I read a great review of it on OnlineBookClub. Hopefully, some friends and I can listen to the audiobook on our upcoming trip. With my students, I am reading (again) Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs (one of my favorite books), Wonder by R. J. Palacio, and When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead, which is a Newbery Award recipient. Furthermore, I have picked up a book called Get Well Soon by Jennifer White, which is a non-fiction account of the world's deadliest plagues. And of course, I can't be without the good ole' reliable murder mystery; this time it's The Woman in Cabin Ten by Ruth Ware. So many books! The wonder of words!

I'm currently reading a few books simultaneously. I'm reading The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur and Produced by Faith: Enjoy True Success Without Losing Your True Self.

I am enjoying them very much as they align very well with my current season in life.
