I agree - I don't really notice too much unless the POV is changing. Normally if I need to stop reading it doesn't matter if I'm mid chapter
Do you prefer books with long or short chapters ?

I felt the odd one out in this forum until you responded! I barely stop to read the chapter titles, if there are any. I usually have to force myself to take the time to do it because I'd rather dive into reading immediately!HanSmith97 wrote: ↑28 Oct 2019, 17:16I agree - I don't really notice too much unless the POV is changing. The only bad thing about not reading chapter titles is if it contains the year and then I begin reading and think wow how much time has passed!Reynaa wrote: ↑28 Oct 2019, 22:54I felt the odd one out in this forum until you responded! Yes, I agree! The Cult Next Door, a book I just reviewed is written this way. It is told chronologically with years as the chapters. It definitely taught me to pay attention to the chapters.HanSmith97 wrote: ↑02 Nov 2019, 14:57The only bad thing about not reading chapter titles is if it contains the year and then I begin reading and think wow how much time has passed!Reynaa wrote: ↑28 Oct 2019, 22:54I felt the odd one out in this forum until you responded! People who read are hiders. They hide who they are. People who hide don't always like who they are.
