I prefer outdoors in nature- either sitting on our deck or on the front porch swing. But once it's dark- definitely moving indoors.

I prefer reading outdoors when the weather is breezy. It helps with my assimilation process.

If I'm reading outside, I enjoy being in the shade and comfortable. Since, I'm most comfortable at home and I'm blocked from the sun, I suppose I enjoy reading at home more.

Indoors. I would read outdoors but i'd had to be somewhere like a garden very quiet or peaceful with not so many distractions.

Define indoors hahaha. I've tried reading outdoors a few times but I can't get my head around the book quite well; People walking by, cars, etc don't allow me to fully concentrate on having a good time reading.

Indoors always. I distracted by every little noise/movement so reading outside where I live seems like a nightmare.

I guess I can say, indoors. I realize I've never really done any reading outdoors. It wasn't a conscious decision or anything like that, but I feel I haven't really given myself time to stay outdoors except for my weekend workout. Come to think of it, on an unconscious level, I felt it wasn't safe enough for me to focus on my book without constantly looking around or keeping my ears open to the surroundings.

You know what? Recently I've made this little list to celebrate this fall, the season of books in my country. Nothing spectacular, just 10 little things to do regarding books & reading. One of em is "reading outdoors" 8-) . I would prefer a lot of sun and cool breeze. And being in a "safe" place would be a must. You wouldn't find me being lost in my book on an empty corner of my neighborhood.

Indoors, cause I can be more relaxed, and concentrate only on the book, but if I don´t have another option I would rather read outdoors than not at all

Focusing can be a problem outdoors while indoors I have my place of quiet.

Indoors, always indoors! Unless the outdoors place is really comfortable.

Indoors if it's hot outside. But when the weather is cool, I love going outside and sitting in my patio chairs with a hot cup of coffee.

Indoors.

There's less noise when I'm inside my house. I don't have to listen to anyone talking in my ear or listen to any outside noises like traffic or someone working in their yard.

Plus, I can make myself a lot more comfortable. I don't have to deal with being too hot or too cold.
