I can lose weight if I have the right motivation and sometimes a book can be pretty motivating.Meeko28 wrote:I think if you read it and really concentrate on what it says yes I really believe you can lose weight.

A pro-active health and fitness book which encourages a balanced diet, changing habits, exercise, etc, will help.
Often triggers can make people eat, e.g. coffee, cigarettes, lack of water sending the wrong signals, carbohydrates.
Sometimes it's a case of re-educating your palate - easier said than done!
