I'm usually lying down. But if I'm reading sitting up, it's with my feet propped up.

I find it hard reading when lying on my back, I always have to sit upright in order to understand what the book is about.

I prefer reading while sitting because I usually fall asleep when I'm lying down.

Definitely laying down as that's the most comfy position, especially during winter.

The best way to read is sitting up, as it's a more comfortable position and it allows you to absorb what is being read.

I usually read in my bed but you could try reading on a recliner.

There's no best way for me. Reading while lying down or reading while sitting, both is fine by me. I can also read while standing or while walking :D .

Someone once said "if you read when sitting you down, you absorb the information better than when you lie down" I think people have their own reading position but the best is still sitting upright to read.

Sitting up and reading is the best way. You cannot concentrate much while you are lying down.
