Best way to read? Laying down? Sitting Up?

I usually read in my bed but you could try reading on a recliner.

There's no best way for me. Reading while lying down or reading while sitting, both is fine by me. I can also read while standing or while walking .

Someone once said "if you read when sitting you down, you absorb the information better than when you lie down" I think people have their own reading position but the best is still sitting upright to read.

Sitting up and reading is the best way. You cannot concentrate much while you are lying down.
